Crispy Baked Potato Wedges
These easy, sheet pan, crispy customizable baked potato wedges are a great side dish for burgers, sandwiches, steak and even great on their own!
Ingredients
- 4 Russet Potatoes medium to large
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt *as little or as much as you prefer
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Wash and dry potatoes.
- Cut potatoes into wedges. (Start by cutting each potato in half lengthwise. Then placing the flat surface down, slice the potato lengthwise again about 4 or 5 times, making half-inch wedges.)
- Place sliced potatoes in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Evenly spread wedges on the sheet pan in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes, turn potatoes over with a spatula and continue baking for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy with your favorite French fry dipping sauce.
