Crispy Baked Potato Wedges

These easy, sheet pan, crispy customizable baked potato wedges are a great side dish for burgers, sandwiches, steak and even great on their own!

- 4 Russet Potatoes medium to large
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt *as little or as much as you prefer
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Wash and dry potatoes.
Cut potatoes into wedges. (Start by cutting each potato in half lengthwise. Then placing the flat surface down, slice the potato lengthwise again about 4 or 5 times, making half-inch wedges.)
Place sliced potatoes in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Evenly spread wedges on the sheet pan in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes, turn potatoes over with a spatula and continue baking for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy with your favorite French fry dipping sauce.
