Super Simple Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

This is incredibly easy salad dressing can be whipped up in literally minutes and be used as a marinade, dip or salad dressing.

- 1 large bunch fresh cilantro roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2-1 jalapeno deseeded with and the ribs removed. depending on your tolerance and the size of your jalapeno
Add all of the ingredients to a blender: cilantro, garlic clove, lime juice, honey, sour cream, olive oil, salt and jalapeño.
Put the lid on and blend on high until smooth.
Take a taste and add a bit more salt or honey, depending on your preferred taste.
Store in a glass mason jar, or dressing container for up to a week in the refrigerator.
